General terms and conditions

for online products and seminars of Lifepassion GmbH

Scope of application, definition of terms

For the business relationship between QantexX®, a brand of Lifepassion GmbH, represented by Amina Meineker, Freiheit 51, 16761 Hennigsdorf (near Berlin) and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating general terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless QantexX® expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The customer is a consumer insofar as the purpose of the ordered deliveries and services cannot be predominantly attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity. In contrast, an entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract.

Online products

Contractual partner, customer service

QantexX® is the contractual partner for all orders – for example when participating in an online product (Quicklax, 7D, BrainUp, Focus Assistant, Meeting Point: Causes, Deep Meditation, Creative Director or all QantexX special offers) and fee-based webinars. You can find more information about us in the imprint. You can reach our customer service for questions, complaints and objections by calling +49 3302 20 39 59 2 or by sending an email to home@qantexx.com.

Conclusion of contract

By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the online courses contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

The condition for an effective conclusion of contract is always that the order process is completed by sending the order.

Due date

An annual course fee is due for our QantexX online products. The first, agreed course fee is due when the course is purchased.

In the case of fee-based webinars, the course fee is due upon registration for the webinar. We reserve the right to cancel offered webinars for organizational reasons. If the webinar does not take place, the course fee will be refunded accordingly.

Each participant has the right to state whether he or she agrees to the amended terms and conditions within a period of 14 days from receipt of the notification. If we do not receive a declaration within this period, consent to the amended terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given. This does not apply, however, if we have not specifically pointed out to the participant the significance of his silence during the period of notice when informing him of the change to our terms and conditions.
